Difference between Healthy Life and a Diseased Life

Healthy Life:
 A healthy life mean that which a man enjoys the life and take all the advantages of the life. Being the healthiest you can possibly be means eating a variety of healthy foods, being physically active and understanding the nutrients you need to protect your bones, immune system, physical and mental health.
·       For a healthy life we should eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains mean protein, vegetables, and fruits….
·       Don’t smoke and challenge your mind.
·       Doing at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day.

                 People who eat  a big bowl of fruits and vegetables daily are tend to have less stress, depression anger and other health issues.

Diseased Life:
                    Diseased life is the life that no one person in the world can accept that kind of that life.. According to a survey  overall, just 4.3 percent of people had no health problems. This is the shocking and hilarious results that we have got. In developed countries, about 64 percent of kids under age 5 had a health problems in 2013, compared with 99.97 percent of  adults ages 80 and older.
                     This is the commonly caused by alcohol, drugs and smoking  abuse as well as lack of physical activity and unhealthy eating. Diseases that mostly have an effect on our lifestyle are heart disease, stroke, obesity and type of diabetes.

                  According to 2014 Tropical medicine reports, the Dengue virus (DENV) is one of the most common viral diseases of the past 30 years, with approximately 390 million people infected globally each year….

Most number 1 killer disease in the world?
Ischaemic heart disease and stroke are the world’s biggest  killers, accounting for a combined 15.2 million deaths in 2016. These diseases have remained the leading causes of death globally in the last 15 years..
