A healthy life mean that which a man enjoys
the life and take all the advantages of the life. Being the healthiest you can
possibly be means eating a variety of healthy foods, being physically active
and understanding the nutrients you need to protect your bones, immune system,
physical and mental health.

life we should eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains mean protein,
vegetables, and fruits….
· Don’t smoke and
challenge your mind.
· Doing at least
30 minutes of moderate exercise a day.

tend to have less stress, depression anger and other health issues.
