This condition occurs during the month of hay fever season but as well as it
also can be happen in other season also.

healthy diet and exercise.

the winter season its increase the warm in the eye surface.
It is necessary that we should blink our eyes in every five seconds. When we study or in the use of
computer and in the light of sun we should be increase this process.
Eyes Exercise:
Exercise in
the open air accelerates the blood, increasing the ability of the heart to pump
blood. As a result, the blood supply to the eyes becomes transparent, which stimulates
the eyes, nerves faster and helps to convey the right message.
We should be doing eyes exercise at least thirty minutes in a
day.
