               The eyes are the most sensitive part of the body. Therefore, carelessness lead the major problems of human eyes. Eyes membrane edema is a common eye disease. It is a type of infection that may damage our eyes sight. It is some type of infection which cause of anxiety in humans. This disease or infection Is common in children as such as in young aged and most of that who used the contact lenses. Due to the bacterial effects a type of yellowish fluid came from eyes which may be clean from antibiotic drops. If there is some type of itching and tears in the eyes, there is more possibility of the allergy. This condition occurs during the month of hay fever season but as well as it also can be happen in other season also.

               If we want to be making our eyes healthy it is necessary that we should providing them healthy diet and exercise.
         The people who used glasses we suggest them to should take the glasses off for a while inn the day, walk, look at things farther and closer and try to look at the distant objects with the eyes firmly fixed. This makes the eye work better.

We should be need that eyes can be rested with the palms of hands. Its method is that first we sit calmly and then slowly slowly massage the both of eyes.
Its method is that place elbows on the table, like both hands as a cup, mixing the fingers together and covering both eyes but be aware to not be touch the hands with face. Comfortably breathe through the nose . keep your eyes calm and sit the straight. By the time its getting complete dark and eyes will feel more comfortable. Repeat this process in one or two times in a day.

Eyes Blinking:

              Blink of an eye is also the very good and healthy exercise of eyes. A small gland is found in the upper skin in which the fluid in the eye moistens the eyes, and when we blink our eyes the fluid cleans the eyeballs.
The sign of healthy eyes is that they often blink. The ratio of eye blinking is became more in the more brightness. If we blink our eyes in the winter season its increase the warm in the eye surface.
It is necessary that we should blink our eyes in every  five seconds. When we study or in the use of computer and in the light of sun we should be increase this process.


Eyes Exercise:

                  Exercise in the open air accelerates the blood, increasing the ability of the heart to pump blood. As a result, the blood supply to the eyes becomes transparent, which stimulates the eyes, nerves faster and helps to convey the right message.
We should be doing eyes exercise at least thirty minutes in a day.
