Most of the adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best. There Is research that  children adults need more sleep as the age is increase the quota of sleep is decrease. On the other hand too much sleep also very bad for the human health and it increase the risk of diabetes, stroke and heart disease.

                     Cardio such as jogging, running, cycling, power walking and hiking is the great way to burn calories. Cardio improve our both physical and mental health. Cardio also helps us in to reduce our body weight.
