Causes of Diabetes:

                  Genetic makeup, family history, ethnicity, health and environment factors are very depending to cause diabetes. However, there is no common diabetes cause that is fit to every type of diabetes.
             The reason there is no defined of diabetes cause is because the causes of diabetes vary depending   on the individual and the type.

Insulin and glucose work in body against diabetes:

insulin:

                  Insulin is some type of key and important part of body that opens up the locks on your body cells so that glucose can get inside and be used for energy. If the glucose can not get into your cells, it builds up in your blood stream. If left untreated, high blood glucose can cause long-term complications.

Glucose:

                  Sugar is not thinking as a best ingredients in diabetes however one type of sugar, called glucose is very important in our body. Glucose is a monosaccharide or single sugar. When you eat a carbohydrate, like a piece of bred or bowl of cereal, your body breaks the food down into small molecules, including glucose, that your body can absorb. Glucose enters the bloodstream and travels to every part of the body to fulfill its essential purpose.

Types of diabetes:
1.    Type 1 diabetes
2.    Type 2 diabetes

Causes of type 1 diabetes:

           Actually the exact cause of type 1 diabetes in unknown to everyone since that time. What is unknown is that your immune system, which normally fights harmful bacteria or viruses, attacks and destroys your insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. This leaves you with little or no insulin. Instead pf being transported into your cells, sugar builds up in your bloodstream. Type 1 is thought to be caused by a combination of genetic  susceptibility and environmental factors, though exactly what many of those factors are is still unclear.

                  Insulin resistance is the common cause of type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes develops when the body loses its ability to use the insulin. Several factors can affect insulin resistance. Genetic susceptibility and lifestyle choices plays major role in insulin resistance.

Lack of insulin:

                  Type 2 diabetes also develops when the pancreas doesn’t produce enough insulin to manage sugar levels in blood. These two are the main causes of type 2 diabetes. The exact cause of insulin resistance and lack of insulin in unknown. Several factors can affect type 2 diabetes. There is no single cause of diabetes type 2.

It is a type of infection that may damage our eyes sight. It is some type of infection which cause of anxiety in humans. This disease or infection Is common in children as such as in young aged and most of that who used the contact lenses. Due to the bacterial effects a type of yellowish fluid came from eyes which may be clean from antibiotic drops. If there is some type of itching and tears in the eyes, there is more possibility of the allergy. This condition occurs during the month of hay fever season but as well as it also can be happen in other season also.

Instruction for Great Eyesight:

               If we want to be making our eyes healthy it is necessary that we should providing them healthy diet and exercise.
         The people who used glasses we suggest them to should take the glasses off for a while inn the day, walk, look at things farther and closer and try to look at the distant objects with the eyes firmly fixed. This makes the eye work better.

We should be need that eyes can be rested with the palms of hands. Its method is that first we sit calmly and then slowly slowly massage the both of eyes.
Its method is that place elbows on the table, like both hands as a cup, mixing the fingers together and covering both eyes but be aware to not be touch the hands with face. Comfortably breathe through the nose . keep your eyes calm and sit the straight. By the time its getting complete dark and eyes will feel more comfortable. Repeat this process in one or two times in a day.

              Blink of an eye is also the very good and healthy exercise of eyes. A small gland is found in the upper skin in which the fluid in the eye moistens the eyes, and when we blink our eyes the fluid cleans the eyeballs.
The sign of healthy eyes is that they often blink. The ratio of eye blinking is became more in the more brightness. If we blink our eyes in the winter season its increase the warm in the eye surface.
It is necessary that we should blink our eyes in every  five seconds. When we study or in the use of computer and in the light of sun we should be increase this process.


Eyes Exercise:

                  Exercise in the open air accelerates the blood, increasing the ability of the heart to pump blood. As a result, the blood supply to the eyes becomes transparent, which stimulates the eyes, nerves faster and helps to convey the right message.
We should be doing eyes exercise at least thirty minutes in a day.
