Introduction and benefit of sweet potato:

                      The best and delicious sweet vegetable of winter season is sweet potato. It is seen everywhere in the winter season and everyone likes it and wants to eat more. Because of its sweetness it is called sweet potato in English language. It is inexpensive so that why everymen even rich or poor people buy it easily. It has many nutritional ingredients. We use sweet sugar by roasting it or boiling. It gives warmth and strength to our body.
                     Sweet potato have many benefits as it is very useful for our brain,and also useful t increase our eye brightness. Due to its useful properties it is also known as the superfood.

Sweet potato benefits and qualities:

Protection again heart disease:

                              Sweet potato have large number of vitamin B6 which protect human body from such of serious disease. It decrease the level of homocysteine level which is very important for the work of human hear, if the level of homocysteine is increased It is the cause of most cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, sweet potato has large number of potassium in it which is very useful for the setting of heartbeats.

Benefits in ulcer:

                                 Sweet potato also has calcium, potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C and also beta carotene in it which protect us from the disease of ulcer. In the presence of fiber in the sweet potato is very good for making the stomach clean, digest the food and responsible of not produce much acidity.

Useful for lungs:

                 Sweet potato has large amount of vitamin A in it which protect us from many diseases of lungs. We can protect from emphysema which is one of the serious disease of lungs. According to a research in Harvard university we all are get to know that the people who take carotenoid regularly they have 33% lower risk of lung cancer.

For healthy skin and soft hair:

                                The nutrients in sweet potato are useful for skin and hairs. Due to the use of vitamin C, vitamin E and carotene the skin can be glowing and has an effect of freshness. These ingredients also important to clean the skin. Due to its consistently use the hair become more healthy dense and flaky.  

Improve nerve strength:

                            The nutrients that are consists in the sweet potato are very important to prevent the inflammation of the brain. It also control the level of fibrinogen, which is a type o glycogen protein, if it is increase in the human body it may cause the human nervous system. The presence of potassium in the sweet potato said to be very useful for the functionality of brain.

Caution:

                     we should use sweet potato with the black pepper or salt. Diabetic patients should use the sweet potato according to the instruction of consultant or doctor. It is said to be not good for the patients of heart disease. If we chew a little amount of fennel after eat the sweet potato its side effects may be reduce.
